What are the best codec video/audio Settings for CamStudio if you plan on importing the video into MEP14?I'm trying to make a screencast using CamStudio 2.0 and MEP14 (Movie Edit Pro 14). What Video/Audio codecs should I use to get the job done? Additionally are there any settings I should know about for either MEP or CamStudio to make the two work well together?
